Tax Credit
Now is the time to increase your home’s energy efficiency, lower your taxes and utility bills and reduce your impact on the environment. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act entitles you to an energy tax credit of up to $1,500 on energy-efficient building materials like insulation and roofing.
You can take the energy tax credit in 2009 and/or 2010 and you’ll save money for years to come! According to the ENERGY STAR® program, installing adequate insulation or adding a solar reflective roof can save you money on utility bills. And you’ll be reducing your carbon footprint by using less oil, gas and electricity.

Siding
Cellwood Siding

The Foundry
The Weathered Collection gives a home the authentic appearance of cedar siding that has weathered over time. Panels feature a darker hue of a color in the grain, and a lighter one on the higher points, just as a panel would naturally weather. The proprietary finish offers unmatched color depth and character.

James Hardie ®
Whether you’re building a new home or remodeling, James Hardie siding provides low maintenance, but unlike vinyl, doesn’t sacrifice the beauty and character of wood. James Hardie fiber-cement siding resists rotting or cracking and it resists damage from rain and hail. Our house siding is also available prefinished with a 15-year paint warranty. Best of all, James Hardie siding is non-combustible, with a limited, transferable warranty for up to 50 years. No wonder it’s protecting over 3.5 million homes in North America alone.
